Component

Material Description

Truss

Mostly made of Q235B steel sections, formed by welding or bolting, with an anti - corrosion coating applied to the surface.

Ash Hopper

The main body is welded with Q235B carbon steel plates. For parts with severe wear, wear - resistant steel plates or ceramic linings can be used as linings. In corrosive working conditions, 304/316L stainless steel plates are used instead.

Cabinet

Carbon steel plates are used under normal working conditions. When there are corrosive gases or dust, 304/316L stainless steel plates are used, and the cabinet frame is reinforced with steel sections.

Blowing Device

The blowing pipe is commonly made of 304 stainless steel pipes. The main body of the pulse valve is made of cast aluminum or engineering plastic. The nozzles are mostly made of stainless steel or wear - resistant nylon.

Import and Export Air Ducts

Rolled from carbon steel plates under normal working conditions. In corrosive working conditions, 304/316L stainless steel plates are used. For high - temperature working conditions, heat - resistant steel can be selected.
