"Three-Stage Series" Dust Removal System Case Study
This project involved the construction of a 1×130t/h high-temperature, high-pressure biomass water-cooled vibrating grate boiler, along with a corresponding generator set. After the biomass fuel combustion, the flue gas contains not only a large amount of dust but also a small amount of fine fibrous impurities produced by biomass combustion. Improper treatment can easily lead to exceeding emission standards, and dust accumulation can also affect the normal operation of the boiler and subsequent equipment. Therefore, a highly efficient dust removal system is needed to meet the needs of its combined heat and power production.
A highly efficient dust removal process using a "cyclone dust collector + bag filter + wet electrostatic precipitator" three-stage series is employed. The first step involves coarse dust removal through a cyclone dust collector, utilizing centrifugal force to separate larger dust particles from the flue gas, reducing the processing load on subsequent equipment; the second step uses a bag filter, whose filter bags can accurately capture fine dust, significantly improving dust removal accuracy; finally, the flue gas is treated by a wet electrostatic precipitator to further remove residual ultrafine dust and water mist, preventing secondary dust pollution. This system is also combined with limestone-gypsum desulfurization and SNCR-BSNCR combined denitrification processes to achieve synergistic treatment of multiple pollutants in the flue gas.
The three-stage dust removal process progresses step by step, efficiently filtering dust of different particle sizes. This process is adapted to the combustion characteristics of biomass fuel, effectively solving the problem of dust and fibrous impurities in biomass flue gas, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the boiler and generator set, and ensuring that the emitted flue gas dust concentration meets national environmental protection standards for the thermal power industry, laying the foundation for the company to conduct combined heat and power business in compliance with regulations.
