Description

A flue gas denitrification equipment system treats nitrogen oxides before exhaust gas reaches the stack. It is used where coal, coke, gas, biomass, or mixed fuel creates NOx during combustion. The system adds ammonia water, urea solution, or another reducing agent into a suitable reaction area. NOx is then changed into nitrogen and water under controlled temperature. For SCR routes, catalyst modules are added to keep reaction steadier. The design is checked by gas volume, inlet NOx, dust content, sulfur condition, temperature curve, and required outlet value.

Product Parameters

Parameter

Specification

Process route

SCR, SNCR, or combined SNCR-SCR

Treatment object

NOx in boiler, kiln, furnace, and process flue gas

Reaction temperature

SNCR about 850-1100 C; SCR commonly about 300-400 C

Reducing agent

Ammonia water, urea solution, or project-specified reagent

Main structure

Reactor, spray system, catalyst layer, ducting, platform, and control cabinet

Control point

Gas volume, NOx value, temperature curve, pressure drop, and ammonia escape

Product Advantages

The spray position can be set around the real furnace temperature area, so reagent does not enter a cold section too early.

For high-dust gas, access doors and ash-cleaning space can be kept near the reactor for faster shutdown checks.

The flue gas denitrification equipment can be checked with induced draft fan data, so pressure drop is considered before production.

Use Notes

wechat_2025-10-30_182553_877.jpg

Before ordering, the gas temperature curve should be checked at normal load and low load. Dust load and sulfur content also affect nozzle cleaning, catalyst life, and pressure drop. For old boiler retrofit work, platform and duct elbow space should be measured first.

FAQ

Q: What data is needed for design?

A: Gas volume, inlet NOx, outlet requirement, temperature range, dust content, sulfur condition, boiler load change, and available space are usually checked first.

Q: Can it be used for old boilers?

A: Yes. The flue gas denitrification equipment can be made for retrofit work, but duct route and fan margin should be reviewed before drawing.

Q: Why is temperature important?

A: The reaction needs the right temperature. If the gas is too cold or too hot, reagent use may rise and NOx removal may become unstable.
