When operating SCR denitrification equipment, the following steps should be observed:
1) Before starting, check that all components of the system are functioning properly, especially the ammonia injection system and the catalyst;
2) Adjust the ammonia injection rate according to the flue gas flow rate and NOx concentration, controlling ammonia slip below 3 ppm;
3) Regularly monitor catalyst activity. When the denitrification efficiency drops below 85%, consider replacing or regenerating the catalyst;
4) When shutting down, stop ammonia injection first, then shut down the system. Special attention should be paid to the risk of ammonia leakage during operation; a complete alarm and emergency response system must be in place.
