A baghouse dust collector mainly consists of filter bags, a frame, a cleaning system, and inlet/outlet piping. The filter bags, as the core component, are made of materials such as polyester, acrylic, or fiberglass. Their diameter (100-200mm) and length (2-3m) directly affect dust collection efficiency. The frame supports the filter bags and must have sufficient strength and rigidity to prevent deformation; it is usually made of perforated steel plate or welded stainless steel. The cleaning system removes dust from the filter bags through methods such as rapping, pneumatic rapping, mechanical vibration, or pulse jet cleaning. Different methods are suitable for different dust properties and treatment scenarios. The inlet/outlet piping includes the inlet, outlet, dampers, and fan. The design needs to be optimized based on the processing capacity (e.g., 1000-5000 m³/h) and gas velocity (1-2 m/s) to ensure stable system operation.
