Low-temperature denitrification equipment has the following characteristics: First, it operates at a low temperature. Traditional denitrification technologies typically require higher temperatures to achieve good denitrification results, while low-temperature denitrification equipment can conduct denitrification reactions within a relatively low temperature range (generally 120-300°C). This makes it applicable to situations where a high-temperature environment cannot be provided, such as certain industrial kilns and small boilers. Second, it uses catalysts with special properties. The catalysts used in low-temperature denitrification equipment need to maintain high activity and selectivity at low temperatures. These catalysts can promote the reaction between nitrogen oxides and reducing agents at low temperatures, reducing nitrogen oxides to nitrogen and water. Simultaneously, the catalysts also need to have good resistance to poisoning to prevent the influence of other components in the flue gas on the catalyst activity. Third, it offers significant energy savings. Due to the low operating temperature, low-temperature denitrification equipment does not require a large amount of energy to maintain a high-temperature environment during operation, thus reducing energy consumption and operating costs. This is highly attractive to companies with energy shortages or those sensitive to operating costs. Finally, the equipment is relatively small in size. The design and structure of low-temperature denitrification equipment are usually more compact, requiring less space than high-temperature denitrification equipment. This makes it more flexible in installation and use, suitable for businesses with limited space. Furthermore, cryogenic denitrification equipment can be integrated with other environmental protection equipment to achieve synergistic treatment of multiple pollutants and improve environmental treatment efficiency. For example, it can be used in combination with desulfurization equipment and dust removal equipment to form an integrated waste gas treatment system.
