The working principle of SCR denitrification equipment is that, under the action of a catalyst, the reducing agent reacts chemically with NOx in the flue gas to produce harmless nitrogen and water. The catalyst is typically vanadium-titanium based or precious metal based, and the operating temperature range is generally 180-400°C. Key parameters of the equipment include space velocity (typically 3-5 m/s), ammonia-to-nitrogen ratio (NH3/NOx molar ratio), and NOx emission concentration (which can be as low as below 30 mg/Nm³).
